LevelApp Privacy Policy

LevelApp ("the App," "we," "us") is a personal growth and habit-tracking application. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices.

1. Data stored on your device

LevelApp is designed to work entirely on your device. The following information is created by you while using the App and is stored locally on your device only:

• Your chosen name and character appearance
• Activity logs you create (activity type, amount, date/time)
• Stats, skill levels, and unlocked classes derived from your activity logs
• Any gold/savings amounts you manually enter
• App settings and preferences

None of this information is transmitted to us, stored on any server we control, or shared with any third party for the App's core functionality. We do not operate a backend server for LevelApp. If you delete the App, this data is permanently deleted along with it, since nothing exists outside your device.

2. Third-party services

If and when LevelApp displays advertisements or offers in-app purchases, those features are provided through third-party services (for example, an ad network such as Google AdMob, and Apple's App Store / Google Play billing systems). These third parties may collect information independently of the App, according to their own privacy policies, which may include device identifiers, general location, and ad interaction data used for ad delivery and measurement. We do not receive or store your payment information - purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google.

On iOS, where required, the App will request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking-related data is collected for advertising purposes. You may decline this without affecting the App's core features.

3. Children's privacy

LevelApp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App stores data locally and does not require an account or transmit personal information to us, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, regardless of age.

4. Your choices

Since all of your data lives on your device, you are always in control of it. You can review, change, or delete any of it directly within the App, or remove all of it at once by uninstalling the App.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example as new features (like ads or purchases) are added. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
